Space Age expansion exclusive feature.

Ice platforms can be used to replace Aquilo's ammonical seas with a dense ice float similar to how landfill works on other planets. However, in order to support the operation of many of the game's buildings, it requires additional paving with concrete variants.

The recipe for producing ice platforms uses the same inputs as the ammonical separation recipe outputs, but it consumes those outputs in a different ratio, resulting in a net increase in ammonia. That makes this recipe a possible way to get rid of any excess ice in lieu of recyclers.
