Space Age expansion exclusive feature.

A Rail support can be placed under elevated rails, acting as its foundation. When the player is planning out elevated rails, the game will automatically spawn rail supports, to support the higher rail's foundation. Supports act as a blocking obstacle, but can be removed at any time.
