Object description

Space Age expansion exclusive feature.

Yumako is an edible fruit-like resource harvested from yumako trees on Gleba. Its counterpart is jellynut; both are essential resources for Gleba production chains and technology progression.

Yumako can be processed into yumako mash and yumako seeds, or it can be consumed by players, restoring health and granting health regeneration.

Yumako and many of its products spoil and can be used as fuel.

Notes

• When consumed, yumako instantly restores 80 health points and grants health regeneration restoring 16 health points per second for 12 seconds. The regeneration effect has a cooldown of 16 seconds.

Tips

• Agricultural towers can cultivate yumako trees and harvest yumako fruit automatically.
• Yumako has a much longer spoil time than yumako mash, at 1 hour vs. 3 minutes. Thus, freshness is best preserved by transporting and storing yumako rather than yumako mash, then quickly processing both the fruit and its mash into other products on-site.
• Yumako has 1/5th the fuel value of jellynut and 8 times the fuel value of spoilage.
• The only way to obtain quality yumako is by recycling them with quality modules. Agricultural towers have no module slots, quality seeds do not produce quality fruit, and yumako mash recycles into itself.
