This ammunition is used for the Flamethrower. Currently this is the only available type of flamethrower ammunition.
Strategy
Basic oil processing has the perfect ratio for Flamethrower ammo, so a refinery can be dedicated to producing it, generating excess Petroleum gas.

The top refinery is running Basic Oil Processing, and has its Heavy and Light outputs directly connected to a Chemical Plant producing flamethrower ammo. Its Petroleum gas output is connected to the refineries below running Advanced Oil Processing.
