This ammunition is used for the Flamethrower. Currently this is the only available type of flamethrower ammunition.
Strategy
Basic oil processing has the perfect output ratio for Flamethrower ammo (1 light : 1 heavy), so a refinery can be dedicated to producing it, generating excess Petroleum gas.
The time ratio will starve the Chemical Plant, but that's okay since you need to buffer personal ammunition production anyways. Limiting the output chest to 2 or 3 stacks on a singleplayer world would be prudent.
