Space Age expansion exclusive feature.
Fluorine is a gas found on Aquilo. It can be extracted using a pumpjack. Its only use is as an ingredient in the manufacturing of fluoroketone (hot), a key intermediate on Aquilo.
Fluorine cannot be put into barrels. As such, it cannot be shipped off of Aquilo, which creates a de-facto restriction of the production of fluoroketone to Aquilo.
