Increases the transport belt stack size by 1, up to 3. Only stack inserters, big mining drills and recyclers can create belt stacks.
Transport belt capacity 2 also increases the hand size of non-bulk and non-stack inserters by 1.
Belt throughput
Belt stack size allows more items to stack on a belt, therefore increasing maximum belt throughput.
