Assembling machine 1 is the most basic assembling machine. As Automation is the first technology available, this is the first available crafting machine. Unlike higher tier assembling machines, it cannot not use fluids for crafting.

History

  • 0.17.0:
    • Crafting capability increased from 2 to 6 recipe ingredients.
    • Can now craft any non-fluid requiring recipe.
  • 0.15.0:
    • Copying from assembling machines to filter inserters will set the filters to the ingredients of the assembling machine recipe.

    • Assembling machine input slot can contain more than the usual stack size when the recipe requirement demands it.
