Fulgoran lightning attractors are part of the natural terrain generation on Fulgora. They work identically to lightning rods, protecting a small area from lightning, but they don't generate power when struck. Usually a lightning attractor generates at Fulgora's spawn, so it provides a safe area for the player getting started.
