Object description

Speed module 3 unlocks the ability to craft the highest tier speed module 3, which can increase a machine's speed, but as a tradeoff, increases its energy consumption (as well as the pollution it causes) and lowers the quality of production. With Space Age, the cost of researching this is drastically higher.
