Space Age expansion exclusive feature.

The crusher is a building for the space platform that crushes small asteroid chunks into usable resources. To collect the asteroid chunks, they must first be grabbed by an asteroid collector. There are three types of recipes that can be performed by the crusher: asteroid crushing, asteroid reprocessing and advanced asteroid reprocessing.

Crushing will break the asteroid chunk down into another usable resource with a small chance of also producing the same type of chunk, which can be taken out and re-inserted into the crusher. Reprocessing can be used to convert a chunk into one of the other two types, although this has a chance to output the same type of chunk or to destroy it entirely. Advanced reprocessing produces one extra type of resource compared to standard crushing, and has a much lower chance of producing the original chunk as part of the recipe results.
