Heavy Oil is a liquid converted from Crude oil in an Oil refinery.
Heavy Oil can be converted into Light oil or Lubricant, used to create Solid fuel, or used as part of Flamethrower ammo.
Note that more Solid Fuel can be produced by cracking the Heavy Oil into Light Oil first, then making fuel; directly producing Solid Fuel from Heavy Oil is not recommended.
