Electric furnaces are the third and last tier of furnaces. As their name implies, they use electricity rather than fuel to operate, removing the need for a fuel belt.
Electric furnaces smelt items at the same speed as a Steel Furnace, and also have two slots for modules. However, they are slightly larger than the other two tiers of furnaces; they occupy a 3x3 area instead of a 2x2 area.
As electric furnaces consume a substantial amount of power, Efficiency modules are a good option.
Interface
The interface of an electric furnace.
