Scrap recycling productivity applies a productivity bonus when a recycler recycles scrap.

The cost formula is 1.5^L * 500 where L = current level, with each level giving 10% productivity.

Note that the 300% productivity limit does apply do this technology. You can research past level 30, but it will have no practical effect.
