Space Age expansion exclusive feature.

Rocket fuel productivity applies an additional productivity bonus to machines when they craft rocket fuels (but not when using recycler recipes to produce them). Even level gives +10% productivity.

The cost formula is 1.5^L * 1000 where L = current level.
