常量运算器是信号网络的一部分，三种运算器之一（另外两个是算术运算器和判断运算器）。
它持续地输出选定的信号到所有所连接的信号网络内，无需任何输入，也不需要供电。在设置界面可以选择要输出的信号。
常量运算器常用于测试网络功能，或者是通过广播某种开关型信号以切换玩家自定义的设置。如果希望远程或自动地开关某个运算器的输出，可以将连接到判断运算器上进行控制。
