Energy Change

I saw Bilka changed the kJ value. I'm not sure exactly why that changed, it cites a version number but the changelog for that version was very sparse and didn't mention this. Anyway I suspect Bilka, you will read this eventually since you're an admin. If that number is accurate the old number is still present on the main Inserters page. I didn't want to change it myself since I'm really not sure where the change came from
