Space Age expansion exclusive feature

Lithium Plates are a material made from smelting lithium in a furnace. Though they are an Aquilo product, they require Fulgoran holmium plates in order to produce. They're needed to produce many of Aquilo's specific buildings as well as the cryogenic science pack.
