Trains are one of the main methods of item/[[player]] transport in Factorio, able to carry large amounts of items at once at very high speeds. While expensive to set up, rails will never degrade, and the only maintenance necessary will be fuelling the locomotives.

Usage

To build a train, place a locomotive and one or more wagons adjacent to each other on the track. A symbol will appear when they'll be connected on place. (see examples below)
