The panel on the right of this page is using the generic word 'Drain' for power consumption by the reactor. Stricty, this not correct. The way the reactor works, it consumes power proportional to the plasma it is producing, i.e. proportional to the generator output.
At rest, the reactor has zero drain.
When the generators are generating 10MW because that's all the factory needs, the reactor consumes 1MW.
Only when the generators are producing 100MW does the reactor consume 10MW.
