Tips formula is wrong?

Maybe I'm missing something? But the formula is confusing. At the least, it seems to contradict the text immediately prior that (correctly) states two speed 3 modules will boost output from 2/sec to 4/sec. The formula produces only 3/sec with two speed 3. This is because it sticks the needed +1 in with the separate Beacon calculation later. However, this is incorrect, because while you can have zero Beacons and still produce positive crude, you cannot have zero pumpjacks. The formula is wrong if you plug zero in for the number of Beacons.

Less than 2 oil per sec

I'm currently playing in a world with ressources set to minimum and I have a pumpjack that output less than 2 oil per second, because the initial yield is lower than 20%. While the information on this page does not technically contradict this, it leaves the reader under the impression that 2 oils per sec is the minimum yield. I don't know if initial yield lower than 20% is worth mentioning in this page, I was pretty unsettled when I saw yields lower than 2oil/s and my reflex was to look the wiki, and it was unhelpful for once.

I'll add that info once I find where it fits.
