solid fuel streamlining

This seems to be the place Solid Fuel is broken into different types, even though there is only one type. (the separate type pages all redirect to the solid fuel page.) Any reason not to simplify and remove them so that infoboxes are less confusing/match the game/mechanics? --Tyroney (talk) 09:17, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
