Steam Storage

Storing energy in steam tanks is most relevant with nuclear reactors, but I did not find info about it here. Instead, I found it in three separate areas:

I think this information is duplicated. I propose this:

• Briefly mention steam tank storage in the two above pages, and link to Storage tank
• Briefly mention steam tank storage in this page, and link to Storage tank
• If needed, update the storage tank page and add missing info
