Uses Types/string to specify the amount of electric energy in joules or electric energy per time in watts.
Internally, the input is always converted into Joule, using the following formula: Energy in joules = Energy in watt / 60
or 1 watt = 1 joule / 60 ticks
because 1 watt * 1 second = 1 joule
(Units#Power).
