i have no idea how talks/discussions are supposed to work, but i'll just leave this here:

not all alerts share the same duration, here are the accurate numbers at the time of writing but wasn't sure how to best implement directly onto the page:

20, entity destroyed 10, entity under attack 10, not enough construction robots 10, not enough construction materials 10, not enough repair packs, 05, turret firing, 10, speaker/script alert 05, no storage 05, out of fuel
