Pumpjack
Crude oil is extracted by Pumpjacks from Oil fields. Each oil field can be covered by a pump jack only at one spot. The pumpjack will then output an amount of crude oil dependent on field's yield (1 oil unit for 100% yield) per second.
Extracting oil lowers the field's yield with speed depending on oil extracted (thus bigger fields will deplete faster) to what seems to be a lower limit of 10%.
Pumpjack's output tile location is fixed relative to its orientation.
