All the reasons we discourage use of template apply to "Template:Tl": It is solving a very small problem that seems to only appear on one page by applying the large solution of creating an entire new template. Furthermore, the template name is very opaque and does not reflect the template's function, making the page source harder to read.</ins></div></td></tr>
