Pipe-to-grounds are used to provide a possibility to cross [[Pipe]]s. They can be used to cross different water flows or to cross with [[Transport network#Transport belts|belts]] and [[Rail network|rails]].

Stores a limited amount of energy when available production exceeds demand, releases it in the opposite case. The basic accumulator stores up to 5 MJ of energy. Charge/Discharge rate is 300 kW maximum.
